went to bed with visions of hogs in my head. had a dream i worked at hooters and i was really bad at waitressing. i also met kevin garnett and ray allen when i was volunteering for some sort of political rally. i woke up to a cat screaming outside.
dad and i are going to get breakfast before the work day. i can never turn down a pancake.
my birthday is one week from today. can't believe it.

hike findings.

megan and i went on our adventure this morning to explore back bay.
i thought this seal sign was funny because i was not aware we had seals around these parts.


we decided to go off the trails and hide from the passing park rangers by jumping into the trees and bushes. it was a lot of fun until we ran into a world of death!


i know that its gross and i feel funny posting a bunch of dead animal photos but i just couldn't believe that this deer was tied up and left to die. and even wilder was that all around it were more dead animals. everywhere! i guess thats why that part of the refuge was gated off.




the smell was terrible and i'm pretty sure this is how you get the swine flu but we were just so curious as to why dead things were everywhere. there was a giant hog head next to a giant headless body but the headless thing had claws rather than hoofs. we guessed it a dead bear. who knows!



after all that megan wanted to eat. i wanted to puke. can't wait till we go to the crab tree waterfalls next!

my skin hurts a lot. i'm investing in the aerosol sunscreen for a more even application because this is just plumb silly.

zooey deschanel's cotton commercial caught me off guard with its cuteness.

the girl has a power over me that normally makes me cut my bangs at least twice a year to straight across city but not any more, zoe. i'm staying strong with my long locks. can't have em.

today is an adventure day. i'm packing sandwiches and going into the wilderness with megan. hopefully bugs don't eat me. or my sandwich.

josh and i went swimming this weekend. he's a babe and a great boyfriend. end of story.
just got back from the beach with lisa. i used sunblock but not very well. i'm very patchy. its very very hot out there, people and the water is freeeeezing. i'm going hiking around back bay on wednesday with megan. i can't wait. i need more shorts in my life.

this weekend is going to be filled with sunshine!
picnics. bike rides. beach. hiking. tree climbing.
so much is possible!
i can't wait to get off work.

yesterday i won my first game of horse ever i'm convinced i only won because i had to shoot after dave buuut still an awesome victory with my special "4/20" shot. we watched the celtics beat the bulls and ate pizza and smiled while landon frowned.

last night i poured a glass of ginger ale but there was no ginger ale in that bottle of ale. it was filled with cooking oil. i placed it against my lips and realized the mistake i had made. such a dummy. i didn't talk to anyone ever again.

my tongue turns a terrible shade when i drink wine.
so i didn't make it to field day today since my easter meal went long and landon canceled due to poor attendance. josh and i played basketball in my front yard instead. and then the celtics lost by like a million point to the cavaliers and we cried and cried. we snuggled and kissed and our bellies were full of lasagna. we had a nice easter together.

my mom and her girls were gossiping down stairs and josh thought it would be funny to copy all that she was saying. and so i give you this:

my back and whole body is feeling a million times better after these chiropractor visits. i woke up today wanting to crack everything in my spine BUT i woke up with absolutely no reason to. an easter miracle. i also did the "photon genie" yesterday. you hold on to two light sabers and they send electricity throughout your body and heals you of everything ever to be healed of. thats some tesla shiii right there. google it.
house show at landon's tonight and go celtics. yaaaa.

i went to the chiropractor and my fears were confirmed. i really do have the back of an elderly woman. the doctor couldn't believe how badly out of alignment i was. my hips were completely out of place and it seemed my whole spine was far off track. i don't know what i did to myself but i knew it hurt. now i feel good. amazing. i have to return a few more times to keep up the fixens and do morning stretches/walks now ANNND purchase orthopedic shoes. i'm gonna be so hot.
the celtics love winning games when i can't watch them on tv.
i missed passover this year. i'm just not as jewish anymore i guess.
i am glad my boyfriend doesn't work on a ship. these pirates are driving me crazy.

chiropractor visit is in store for me today. my back has been ruined for months (which i think can be linked back to a yogalates pose done wrong) and i just now decided it would be good to get it looked at. hopefully they can snap me back in shape. i feel like an old lady. i mean i love old ladies i just am not ready to be one. besides, field day is this sunday and i need to be all that i can be!
i am excited to play photography games with sarah reece. when i bought my camera i never wanted to be a photographer and i still don't but after getting booked for small gigs and actually getting a bit of recognition for my silly shots i'm enjoying it. i would like a better camera for sure but that won't come for a while. too many up and coming expenses. but a kid who took all my money told me once that the camera wasn't as important as who was taking the picture.
i think julia left the country. i hope i get a postcard. i hope i don't see her on the today show. unless shes holding a sign up saying "Hi KIMMY!" because that might really be awesome.
i watched "elegy" recently. loved it. penelope cruz is my favorite. i mean i'm typing this at 5am thinking i have awesome hair but shes got locks to diiiie for.
i used to use way too much hairspray.

i am sad that school isnt till july. july! ug. i guess that isn't too far. but i am excited. i think about it everyday. i get to wear scrubs and i'm ready to make more money.
every night i fall asleep next to josh and wake up when he goes to work. i had a dream that i was chugging glasses of iced tea and each glass was topped with the topper to a bread bowl. disgusting. i thought for sure at the time i was going to chug a glass of anything immediately when i woke up. but no. i didn't. i don't want anything. at all.

had to take some shots for the rudy and kelly website/our appointment booking program.
