happy birthday to my joshua greenough today.

over the summer i went to jersey to celebrate with one side of my italian family and at the end of this month im going to quebec to celebrate being italian with the other side. this is my father's mother's side. and this is a lot more like the godfather than everybody loves raymond. the whole family plus their lovers are going this this time. all i can think about is eating and being in love and eating and drinking.

i've waited and waited. i'm glad i can say that i saw the future president of the united states speak. i'm glad i could be a part of it.
i'm glad that my dad is driving around the city with an obama sign taped to the top of his little car and not just to keep the rain out from where someone stabbed it. but because he's awesome. this was an incredible day.
